As a Costco member, Grewal's came up as a business that gave a discount, so I went online and filled out all of the information and made an appointment for this morning. However, when I got there, I was told the online form was only a request for an appointment, and I wasn't on the calendar. He said he could fit me in, though. When I pulled up the coupon for a Costco discount, I was told that the coupons do not apply for an oil change (even though it says right on the front of the coupon that it's good for "service", which is what an oil change is). I didn't stay around and wait and will not be rebooking with them. Guess I'm heading back to the dealership, which is a great disappointment. (I gave a 2-star instead of 1 because the guy was very nice, and was apologetic, but they still failed in two significant ways...) Update on 2/12/26 -- the owner of the company reached out two times to rectify the challenges I faced, and I was very impressed with his honesty and sincerity. This business is a perfect example of why I like using locally owned companies, because they clearly wanted to make this right. No one (including consumers) is always right...so when something is not handled well, step up to the plate and fix it, and they did.
